You increase weight when your calorie intake is higher than your calorie expenditure. But if this calorie equation is reversed, it results in a "negative calorie" balance in your body. In this negative calorie case, you expend more calories than you take in, resulting in a decrease in the stored calories in the form of body fat, eventually resulting in weight loss.
About 10% of daily caloric consumption is used to process foods in the body. You can thrive more by doing physical activities. There are certain foods that show negative calorie effect because the body has to expend additional energy to extract calories from these foods. The negative calorie foods need more calories to break down the foods and digest than the calories the foods actually contain. The additional calories are taken up from the stored fat in the body. Thus the negative calorie foods (may also be called as minus calorie foods or fat burning foods) are great for reducing the body fat and for losing weight.
Blackheads are little "plugs" that develop in the pores of the epidermis. They are caused when the over active sebaceous (oil producing) glands in the skin become clogged with oil. This sebum then begins to solidify in the pore. Since skin pores are exposed to the air, the top most part of the hardened sebum or oil oxidizes, turning black. This black top of the oil plug is then forced closer to the surface of skin by the oil hardening under it. This then causes the blackhead to be visable.
